Atelier Mentorship Program (AMP)

The Atelier Mentorship Program is a structured, process-oriented mentorship designed for artists seeking clarity of concepts, direction, and a more focused body of work. Through guided critique, discussion, and sustained development, the program supports participants in moving beyond scattered experimentation toward a coherent and evolving artistic practice.

Who is it for

This program is intended for fresh graduates, practicing artists, and self-driven individuals who feel the need for clarity and direction in their work. It is not designed for beginners or skill-based learning, but for those who already have an active practice and are looking to develop it further.

Program Structure

The mentorship cycle consists of six structured sessions over a period of five to six weeks. The sessions combine critique, discussion, and guided development, allowing participants to reflect on their work, refine their ideas, and build a stronger artistic direction within a small, focused cohort.

The program is led by practicing artists and curators, creating a context where participants are exposed to critical dialogue and curatorial perspectives.

Extended Engagement

The program also offers extended engagement beyond the sessions. Participants have optional access to the Atelier studio on weekends, providing a focused space to continue their work, experiment, and engage with other artists within the program.

While the mentorship does not guarantee opportunities, it situates participants within a professional ecosystem where future possibilities may emerge through exposure to curatorial and artistic networks.
